Small-Batch Brews Crafted With Soul,
Paired With Artisan Bread Baked Each Morning

At Rockabilly Brewing Company, every pour tells a story — from our hand-selected hops to the crust of our wood-fired sourdough. This is craft beer and baking, done the way it should be.

Rooted in Lakewood,
Built on Tradition

Rockabilly Brewing Company was born from a simple conviction: that the best beer is made slowly, with intention, and the best bread is made even slower — with time, patience, and the finest ingredients.

Our founders, longtime Lakewood residents, wanted to create a space where the craft of brewing and the art of baking could coexist — not as gimmick, but as a genuine expression of community and quality. Every batch is brewed on-site. Every loaf is shaped by hand before dawn.

What started as a weekend passion has grown into a cornerstone of the neighborhood — a place where regulars know the tap list by heart and the sourdough starter has a name.

Signature Brews

Each beer is brewed in small batches at our Lakewood facility. Our rotating selection keeps things fresh — but these are the ones our regulars always come back for.

Amber ale in a pint glass with golden copper color
American Amber Ale

Reed Street Amber

Our flagship — a balanced amber ale with a toasted malt backbone, subtle caramel sweetness, and a clean, crisp finish. Named for the street we call home.

5.4% ABV 28 IBU Year-round
Dark stout with thick tan head in a tulip glass
Oatmeal Stout

Midnight Rockabilly

Rich and velvety with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a hint of roasted coffee. Smooth enough to sip slowly — bold enough to stand on its own.

Hazy wheat beer with pale gold color in a pint glass
Hefeweizen

Lakewood Wheat

A cloudy, refreshing wheat beer with classic banana and clove notes from our house yeast strain. Light on the palate, impossible to drink just one.

Artisan Bakery,
Every Morning at Dawn

The aroma of fresh bread is the first thing you'll notice when you walk through our doors. That's because our bakers arrive before sunrise — because great sourdough doesn't wait, and neither do we.

Our bakery operates on the same philosophy as our brewery: respect the ingredients, give it time, and let the craft speak for itself. Everything is made in-house, from our 10-year-old sourdough starter to our butter croissants.

  • 72-hour fermented sourdough, naturally leavened
  • Wood-fired flatbreads and savory pies daily
  • House-made pretzels and beer-cheese pairings
  • Fresh pastries and cookies every morning
  • Gluten-conscious options available daily
